A full list of required documents will be prepared for you after your onboarding consultation.
Unlimited support calls
Throughout the process, whenever questions arise, you are free to contact your lawyer for an unlimited number of support calls. Your lawyer will be able to answer your questions.
Document verification
Your lawyer will check each piece of document to make sure it will be accepted as part of the application. If there are any problems, you will be assisted in finding a solution.
Drafting of application
We will make sure your application form is filled out correctly with the right information and in the correct format. We will also ensure that all required application fees have been paid.
Application verification & submission
Leave behind the worry of mistakes and missed deadlines. We will perform multiple checks to make sure your application is error-free and the strongest it can be, and we will submit your application in good time.
Standard completion timeline (10 working days)
We will finish preparing your application and submit it within 10 working days after all necessary documents having been received.

Supporting letter attached to your application
A cover letter will state precisely how your application fully meets the immigration rules and why a successful decision should be granted. While this letter is not required, we believe that its inclusion prevents any accidental administrative delays.
Visa appointment booking
Most visa applications require attending an appointment in person to provide biometrics. We will make a booking for this appointment on your behalf, at a time and location most convenient for you.
Visa appointment instructions
We will provide exact instructions letting you know how to make your biometrics appointment a success. Avoid the pains of a failed biometrics appointment and delays to your application.
Post-application consultation
Once your application is successful, we will check all details connected to your new immigration status, including details printed on your new Biometric Residence Permit (BRP), are correct. We will advise you on next steps.
Expedited completion timeline (5 working days submission)
We will finish preparing your application and submit it within 5 working days after all necessary documents having been received.
